Our involvement with this project began in 2019, marking it as the second restaurant we developed under this concept. The project presented significant challenges due to the presence of an existing concrete-panel deck with integrated parking above. Undertakings of this complexity highlight the invaluable contributions of our mechanical and structural engineering teams.
