Navigating the complexities of working with strict landlords and their teams is one of our specialties. This project was no exception, yet we successfully delivered a stunning restaurant. The process encompassed a comprehensive work-through, from initial design and schematics to design development, 3D modeling, and a 3D walkthrough. It was a pleasure collaborating with restaurateur Tony Monaco throughout this endeavor.
