This project was undertaken for our new client, HAAGEN Properties. Our scope included the demolition of an existing suite, the integration of two similarly sized suites, as well as the design, development, and creation of comprehensive plans. The work also involved the construction of a new electrical room and the installation of a new HVAC system, adding to the project’s complexity.
