Shannon Street in Santa Ana marked our initial project among several grow warehouse developments. This project also involved a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and an upgrade to the shell building construction type, which we facilitated for our client. The facility represents an impressive engineering achievement, featuring a 4,000A/480V electrical power upgrade and the installation of thousands of pounds of HVAC units on the roof.
