We successfully completed this project from start to opening in just six months. The design presented some complexities, particularly regarding the HVAC and mechanical systems, which were influenced by product availability during the COVID-19 supply chain disruptions. Additionally, the project involved intricate site and grading work, including the construction of a large retaining wall surrounding the building, which added to the challenges. This project stands out as one of our favorites, thanks to our exceptional client and dedicated team.
