Our most recent project, Ilya San Clemente, is set to debut in late 2025. This Mediterranean-inspired restaurant delivers a fresh take on both interior and exterior tenant improvements, designed to create an elevated yet inviting dining experience.

Key features include a new outdoor patio with bi-fold doors for seamless indoor-outdoor flow, a fully built out commercial kitchen equipped with Type-I hoods accommodating three fuel sources, a stunning ocean view dining room, and a striking bar that anchors the space. It was a pleasure to collaborate with BHG Restaurant Group, based in Los Angeles, on bringing this vision to life.”
