The 2018 expansion of the Hood Kitchen Space was both a beauty and a challenge. Midway through construction, the client brought in a new General Contractor, shifting the project dynamics significantly. Despite the disruption, our team rose to the occasion, navigating the complexities and helping bring the project to the finish line.

The scope included a striking new commercial kitchen featuring multiple Type-I hoods, expanded office spaces, a new indoor market, and a welcoming outdoor patio—complete with a liquor license. It was a complex yet deeply rewarding project that showcased our adaptability and commitment to quality.
