This 40,000 square foot, two-level grow warehouse may represent the most challenging project KDG has undertaken to date. Initially designed as a single level, the project evolved following a $12 million build-out, which included the addition of a second level, an industrial elevator, and a 10,000 square foot exterior water storage facility.
